As far as I am concerned it is too late for BoA.
In the past, they have collected enough $39 fees to bail out one or two third world countries from their debt.
Also, whenever I found someone I could work with at BoA, that person either got sick of BoA and took another job or was fired.
I can not wait to disentangle myself from man/woman eating octopus that is the BoA.
May I ask what you’re preferred bank is now? Did you go local based on your experience or simply move to another nationally known bank? And what makes your current bank better?
